  • Cancellations or rescheduling should be communicated as early as possible; repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to Practice policy.

4. Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and Insurance

  • We accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) and most private insurance plans; however, eligibility and coverage under the CDCP are determined solely by the federal government and the CDCP administrator, not by the Practice.

  • Patients are responsible for verifying their own coverage details, and for any portion of fees not covered by insurance or the CDCP.

  • The Practice makes no guarantee regarding the approval, extent, or timing of any insurance or CDCP claim.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees for dental services are provided at the time of consultation or treatment planning and are subject to change without prior notice on the website. Any pricing or currency displayed through third-party booking widgets on our website is for scheduling purposes only and does not represent final treatment costs; please confirm current fees directly with our office.

6. Website Use

  • You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of the Practice or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
